Overview
Commitment, involvement, organisation, the MATRIX© highlights the dynamics implied during the realisation of a project. It enables participants to discover the secrets of project management as a team.
The MATRIX© puts the spotlight on the chain of dynamics that occur during the realisation of a project and brings concrete solutions to the obstacles that can crop up during a team project.
The activity
Using a variety of provided materials (tubes, pliers, ...) you have to successfully complete a project from beginning to end.
Design and then realise a circulation system of coloured liquids whilst strictly adhering to the specifications that you have negociated with your client.
You'll then deliver this system to the final user who will have to make it work by himself !
Objectives
