Overview
In The Art of Letting Go, the participants are put into an action situation as part of their learning experience. Individually and in teams, they discover the basics of 3-ball juggling, guided through the progressive stages by a coach who suggests links and metaphors with their work in the company.
The activity
The Art of Letting Go starts off like a conference. Then the participants, who juggle in the figurative sense in the working world, are invited to take up the challenge of learning how to juggle ...literally ! At the end of the workshop they will make a summary of the suggested links.
Objectives
- Break the ice, create a fun and positive atmosphere,
- Facilitate communication between the participants,
- Develop trust and synergy,
- Identify the key factors of success for a team in action,
- Be aware of personal and collective potential,
- Transform mistakes into opportunities to progress.
