Overview
Promises, Promises ! puts the participants in a situation that forces them to confront the pressures and obstacles met by interdependant teams. This module demonstrates the relationship between quality communication and quality results. You experience a situation where, due to good communication, behaviour changes to create interaction and resource sharing.
Activity
In Promises, Promises ! you have just been elected leader of one of the ten 'League' countries. During this long, hard election campaign you have made promises to your citizens. To stay in power you must keep them. But you'll learn that politics requires perseverance, skill and diplomacy.
Objectives
- Identify the impact of negative values in the company,
- Construct a united team,
- Create a climate of trust,
- Improve communication.

- To be motivated by "Us" rather than "Me",
- To deliver a service of exceptional quality thanks to irreprochable communication,
- Identify which "immaterial" resources are fundamental to accelerating material resource flows in the company,
- Promote a climate of trust generated by a common objective,
- Construct efficient internal communication chains.
