Studying behaviour through theatre is a fun, informative and liberating means of taking a step back from a problem, of questioning or reaffirming oneself.
This activity brings a new approach to our relationships with others. Numerous themes are tackled such as change management, creativity, performance, listening and communication for an improved group bond and company identity.

Overview

This essentially interactive work consists of improving ones listening skills, concentration, assertiveness, the capacity to decide or delegate... , through numerous exercises used by actors and improvisers.

They are effective and thorough as the actor-trainers who lead them, begin with a warm up and put everyone at ease through precise and progressive games and exercices.

This way, no one opts out and finds himself isolated and the group progresses together, notably because the highly experienced actor-trainers are careful to :

  • explain the exercices with reference to real professional situations,
  • insist that the objective is not to be brilliant or the best but to participate and improve,... and to have fun !

The important thing is that (even if the interactive, enjoyable form remains) the participants and their management be convinced and conscious of the knowledge and behaviours worked on and how well it can serve them in their professional lives.

Objectives

  • Combine team building and « training-action » in a relaxed atmosphere whilst encouraging team spirit.
  • Associate a pedagogical basis with a fun form,
  • Encourage interaction and action rather than being seated in a room,
  • Keeping in mind that the seminar's objective is to create "team spirit", and enable an improvement of everyone's behavioural attitude.

Main lessons

At the end of this activity, the participants will have received trained in :

  • improvisation and the capacity to answer in the most unexpected contexts,
  • self confidence, trusting others and how others see us,
  • sustained, lasting concentration in complex situations,
  • total active listening and immediate memorisation,
  • conviction and assertiveness,
  • managing stress and nerves,
  • speaking infront of other with confidence ,
  • convincing arguments,
  • team building, the logic of cooperation (ability to take the appropriate position in the group with a view to realising a common project : taking the lead, letting it go and using a better idea),
  • using emotions.
    And above all, they will have experienced memorable moment ...together !
