Overview

This competitive activity requires participants to manage a critical internal project, whilst creating the highest possible added value and respecting deadlines and budget. In one day, the participants tackle a project simulation through its phases of research, conception, development and execution, and learn to overcome unexpected events and changes of plan - just as in real life. It's an excellent way to begin a project, to revive a stagnating project, to establish relationships between the main players, and to provide a critical analysis for all those involved - independent of past experiences in project management.
The project's success is often determined by the skills and commitment of those involved. They must have vision and understand how to contribute to the project's objectives.
Cayenne™ by Celemi helps participants to be better prepared to deal with the unexpected events and changes inherent in every project. During the activity, the 3-4 person teams oversee and control their project. They will be challenged by difficult problems and events throughout the different phases. They must decide how to make optimum use of their limited resources to achieve their objectives. The teams' performance is analysed according to a range of precise measures. This activity is also an opportunity to encounter real cases with the participants.

After the simulation, the participants can exchange ideas and comments on their own projects.
